At your door count, the number on paper depends on things we can only see in person — how the common areas are actually holding up, where deferred maintenance is hiding, what a manager would really be walking every week. A Pride representative meets you on site for about forty-five minutes. It is just a tour of the community, separate from any board meeting, and it makes the proposal accurate instead of approximate.

No sales call attached. You get the proposal by email, and if you want to talk about it, you tell us.
